The role involves providing compassionate support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by assisting with daily living activities such as hygiene, meals, and medication, while fostering community connections. Responsibilities also include adhering to health service plans, documenting observations, performing household tasks, and providing necessary transportation for residents.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a High School Diploma or GED, and have 1-2 years of successful employment with the same establishment. A valid driver's license with fewer than 4 points is required, along with the ability to pass criminal background checks and drug testing.
