The role involves engaging residents in daily living activities such as hygiene, meal preparation, and shopping, while supporting their individual health and service plans. Responsibilities also include monitoring health, administering medication, performing household chores, and providing necessary transportation for appointments and activities.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED, and ideally possess 1-2 years of continuous employment history and one year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Successful completion of background checks, fingerprint examination, and possessing a valid driver's license with fewer than 4 points are mandatory.
