This includes assisting with daily living activities, monitoring resident conditions, and maintaining accurate documentation and confidentiality.
Candidates must possess a minimum of a 10th-grade education and be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws, with CPR certification being preferred. Essential abilities include reading, analyzing, writing reports, applying basic mathematical concepts, and solving practical problems with limited standardization.
