The Behavioral Health Provider offers behavioral health consultation, brief assessment, groups, prevention, and interventions to children, adolescents, and adults within their medical home to enhance psychosocial functioning. This role also involves providing clinical mentorship to other providers and interns, and collaborating on Behavioral Health Program initiatives.
Candidates must possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, or clinical social work, and oral fluency in Spanish is required alongside English fluency. Preferred qualifications include Colorado licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW, a CAS certification, and 2-3 years of psychotherapy experience.

The Behavioral Health Provider (BHP) provides behavioral health consultation, brief assessment, groups, prevention and interventions to children, adolescents and adults within their medical home to improve psychosocial functioning. Additionally, the BHP provides clinical mentorship to other BHPs, and Master’s and Doctorate level interns. The BHP works closely with BH Director to develop, implement, and/or refine Behavioral Health Program initiatives.

The salary range for a Licensed Behavioral Health Provider is $73,651 - $77,476, depending on experience.
The salary range for an Unlicensed Behavioral Health Provider is $63,710- $67,019, depending on experience.
