The physician will provide outpatient sleep care in a well-established clinic, focusing on both adult and pediatric patients, while optimizing sleep study utilization and expanding the region's Inspire therapy program. Responsibilities also include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and supporting the expansion of comprehensive sleep care access.
Candidates must possess an MD, DO, or equivalent degree with accredited residency training, along with Board Certification or Eligibility in Sleep Medicine, and must be comfortable caring for pediatric patients. An active Illinois state license and DEA license, or the ability to obtain them upon hire, are also required.
UW Health in northern Illinois is recruiting a BC/BE Sleep Medicine Physician to join our growing Sleep Medicine program. We are seeking candidates comfortable caring for both adult and pediatric patients with an interest in optimizing sleep study utilization and improving regional access to comprehensive sleep care.
