The Registered Nurse will plan, organize, and direct compassionate care focused on patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life through skilled clinical care, symptom management, and education. Key duties include performing comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans, monitoring patient conditions, and coordinating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing, hold a current RN license and CPR certification, and possess one to two years of acute care experience, with hospice experience being preferred. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and required insurance coverage are also mandatory.
