Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker for its client’s Integrated Learning Disabilities Team based in Hackney. The role involves providing high-quality, person-centred social work support to adults with learning disabilities within an integrated health and social care team. It focuses on promoting independence, safeguarding, and improving outcomes through collaborative working with health professionals, families, and community services.
