In this role, you will work within the RIACT team, providing short-term interventions. You will collaborate closely with health colleagues in a co-located setting, focusing on hospital discharge support and managing community crises.
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience. Post-qualified experience is required for this position.
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join an Adults team based in Darlington.
