The Occupational Therapist assists patients in restoring occupational function through evaluation and treatment. This involves establishing therapy goals and formulating treatment plans consistent with those goals.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy and hold the respective state license and NBCOT registration. Strong communication skills and analytical abilities are also required to effectively evaluate and document patient status.
