Nurses will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Neonatologists and Respiratory Therapists to provide specialized care for vulnerable newborns in a Level III NICU. Key duties involve administering medications, managing life support equipment like ventilators/CPAP, and educating families for infant discharge.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with current Maryland or Compact State RN licensure, holding a minimum of one year of hospital experience and current BLS certification. A BSN or MSN is preferred, and prior NICU experience is desired.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN or MSN preferred. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Maryland or a Compact State. BLS certification (American Heart Association); additional Life Support certifications per unit requirements. Minimum 1 year of hospital experience; NICU experience preferred (bonus eligible). Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
