The role involves evaluating and optimizing medication orders to resolve potential drug-related risks before patient administration, and directing the accurate compounding and dispensing of medications. Responsibilities also include leading clinical consultations with physicians and nursing staff, mentoring team members, and counseling patients on medication management.
Candidates must obtain Pharmacist credentialing from the Indiana Board Of Pharmacy within 90 days of hire or transfer, and must possess a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy. The position is for a Part Time Evening Shift role.
