The therapist provides comprehensive assessment and treatment interventions consistent with the Opiate Treatment Program model, including creating individualized, person-centered treatment plans and conducting necessary clinical and risk assessments. Responsibilities also involve maintaining collaborative relationships, providing crisis intervention, managing client records, and participating in team supervision and meetings.
Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree or higher in a related field, along with required licensure such as LMSW, LPC-A, or LMFT-A, with preferred licensure including LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist. Experience working with trauma, mental illness, or substance use disorders is preferred, and a valid driver's license is necessary for programs requiring transportation.

About the program: Pathways otp
Pathways is an accredited Opiate Treatment Program that provides MAT (primarily methadone), individual therapy, group counseling, psycho-educational groups, individualized treatment planning, recovery coaching, and ongoing assessment and referrals.
Master’s Degree or higher in related field.
Experience working with trauma, mental illness and/or serious emotional disorders and/or substance use disorders preferred.
LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A required. LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Licensed Psychologist preferred. LADC may be substituted for LCSW, LMFT, LPC or Licensed Psychologist in some programs. Other training may be required based on program. Valid Driver’s License for programs where transportation is required

Starting at $53,372/yr minimum, and up commensurate upon experience.
*Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based off of a strict calculation process, as well as adherence to our internal equity policy. Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or sign-on incentives. (Please note, for part-time positions this range would be pro-rated based on hours worked)
