The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide in-home speech therapy services, conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans for home health patients. Responsibilities include addressing swallowing disorders, cognitive-communication deficits, and speech/language impairments while collaborating with the healthcare team and maintaining accurate documentation.
Candidates must possess a current Hawaii license as a Speech-Language Pathologist and have at least one year of clinical experience, with home health experience being advantageous. Essential requirements include strong documentation and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and possessing a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
