The Outpatient Therapist provides assessment and treatment interventions consistent with the program model, conducts clinical and risk assessments, and collaborates with individuals to create individualized, person-centered treatment plans. Responsibilities also include maintaining collaborative relationships, providing crisis assessment and intervention, and maintaining client and staff records.
A Master’s Degree or higher in a related field is required for this position. Candidates must possess an LMSW, LPC-A, or LMFT-A license, with preferred licensure including LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist, and a valid Driver's License may be necessary.

About the program: Child Outpatient Program
Psychiatric and diagnostic evaluation and treatment is provided to children, adolescents and families. Our child and adolescent offices are designated as Enhanced Care Clinics under Husky, and offer integrated behavioral health services. Individual, family treatment, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, MATCH, ARC, and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) are available.

About the Position: Outpatient Therapist
Master’s Degree or higher in related field.
Experience working with trauma, mental illness and/or serious emotional disorders and/or substance use disorders preferred.
LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A required. LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Licensed Psychologist preferred. LADC may be substituted for LCSW, LMFT, LPC or Licensed Psychologist in some programs. Other training may be required based on program. Valid Driver’s License for programs where transportation is required

Compensation*: $53,372/minimum, and up commensurate upon experience
*Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based on relevant experience and internal equity, as well as, adherence to our internal equity policy. Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or sign-on incentives. (Please note, for part-time positions this range would be pro-rated based on hours worked)
