The Licensed Practical Nurse will administer daily Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), including methadone and buprenorphine, following physician orders and regulatory standards. Key duties also involve managing medication inventory, conducting toxicology screens, monitoring patient responses, and maintaining accurate electronic health record documentation.
Candidates must possess a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) diploma/certification or equivalent nursing education sufficient for licensure in Connecticut, along with a current LPN license in the State of Connecticut and a valid driver’s license. Prior experience in MAT, substance use treatment, or correctional healthcare is preferred.

About the Position: Licensed Practical Nurse
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) diploma/certification required or Nursing education sufficient to receive licensure in CT.

$22.72/hour minimum, and up commensurate upon experience
*Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based on relevant experience, as well as adherence to our internal equity policy. Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or sign-on incentives. (Please note, for part-time positions this range would be pro-rated based on hours worked)
