The Child Crisis Therapist provides crisis assessment, outreach, and follow-up services to monitor clients in crisis, develops appropriate discharge plans utilizing natural supports, and maintains collaborative relationships with families and service providers. Responsibilities also include documenting client progress and maintaining required client and staff records according to agency policy.
Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree or higher in a mental health field and hold an LMSW, LMFT-A, LPC-A, or higher license. Required experience includes in-depth knowledge of serious emotional disorders, experience with their families, and demonstrated training in assessment, crisis evaluation, and de-escalation techniques.

About the Position: Child Crisis Therapist
Education: Master’s Degree or higher in mental health field
Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and experience working with serious emotional disorders and their families. Demonstrated training and experience in assessment, crisis evaluation and de-escalation of crisis situations. Has worked in collaboration with others.

$60,496/annually minimum and up commensurate upon experience.

Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or sign-on incentives. (Please note, for part-time positions this range would be pro-rated based on hours worked)
