The role involves providing direct clinical services to clients in an Adult Outpatient Program, including psychiatric evaluations, ongoing treatment, and medication reviews. Responsibilities also include maintaining positive working relationships with external health organizations to ensure coordinated client care.
Candidates must possess an M.D. and be Board certified or eligible in adult or child psychiatry, with experience in adult or child psychiatry required. A Connecticut license is mandatory, and community mental health experience is preferred.

About the program: Adult Outpatient
The Adult Outpatient services provide psychiatric & substance abuse diagnostic evaluation and treatment. Services include assessment, consultation, individual, couples, group, family treatment and medication evaluation and monitoring.
M.D. Board certified or eligible in adult or child psychiatry.
Experience in adult or child psychiatry. Community mental health experience preferred.
CT license; Board Certified preferred, eligible required. Board Certified or eligible in child psychiatry for practice with children.
