The role involves performing various Occupational Health clinical tasks such as drug/alcohol testing, vaccinations, lab draws, physical exams, and assisting with minor procedures while ensuring compliant processes and accurate documentation in the EMR. Responsibilities also include patient intake, discharge, education, and cross-training for front office duties like registration and scheduling.
The candidate must be capable of performing essential Occupational Health services, including clinical procedures and administrative tasks like charge entry and documentation, while adhering to government compliance and procedural guidelines. A strong emphasis is placed on accuracy, timeliness, teamwork, and developing knowledge of FMCSA and OSHA regulations.

Performs drug and alcohol testing, vaccinations, lab draws, tb skin tests, hearing and vision tests, Worker's Comp, physical exams and various other Occupational Health services. Assists in minor office procedures and injections, performs patient intake assessments, discharges patients from clinic and procedures, educates patients. Works collaboratively with the Occupational Health team to provide high-quality services with a focus on compliant processes and employer directives. Understanding of government compliance and regulated processes, ensuring work is performed as required by procedural guidelines.
