Requirements summary

Connect with patients without being distracted by documentation tasks. Education and/or Experience Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required. Two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting highly preferred. Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations Active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in state(s) of employment required.
