Caregivers will provide total assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, focusing on residents who are bed bound or have limited mobility. Responsibilities also include performing safe transfers, monitoring residents for changes in condition, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of documented healthcare experience, unless enrolled in an approved Mentor Program. Applicants must also pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background checks, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
We are seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide high-quality care to residents in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE). Caregivers will assist residents with daily living activities and provide hands-on support for individuals who require total assistance due to limited mobility or being bed bound. The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and committed to maintaining the dignity, safety, and comfort of each resident.
