Licensed Practical Nurses will provide direct nursing care, monitor patient conditions, and administer medications to hospice patients in home or facility settings. This role also involves offering compassionate emotional support to patients and families while maintaining accurate documentation.
Candidates must possess an active New Jersey LPN license and demonstrate strong clinical and communication skills with a patient-centered approach. Hospice or end-of-life care experience is preferred, and reliable transportation for travel within assigned counties is necessary.
Licensed practical nurse (Lpn) – hospice care
Coverage areas include Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Salem, Cumberland, Atlantic and Cape May Counties.
Pay Rate: $36–$38 per hour
Shifts Available: 12-hour shifts 8:00-8:00 – Mostly Nights, some Days
