This social worker provides short-term therapy and coordinates higher-level care services, either internally at Griffin IOP or externally, as needed. Additionally, the role involves assessing and addressing behavioral health needs in conjunction with the patient’s Primary Care Physician (PCP) and assisting with the SPIRE project for enhanced Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs).
Candidates must possess a Master's level degree from an accredited school specializing in psychiatric social work and must hold an LCSW license. Experience with group therapy and co-occurring disorders is preferred.

Masters Level Clinician, with degree from an accredited school with specialization in psychiatric social work.
LCSW required and experience with group therapy and co-occurring disorders preferred.
