The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for delivering daily assistance to residents, including personal care needs, preparation for activities, and routine activities according to regulations. This role also involves providing basic nursing care and performing related procedures under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor.
Candidates must possess a valid state certification and demonstrate excellent verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills. A high level of integrity, a grounded work ethic, agility with changing priorities, and a team-player attitude are also required.
