This role involves reviewing patient records to assess the quality of care, identifying, analyzing, and implementing performance improvement activities, and collaborating with teams to develop and monitor quality indicators. The coordinator also performs retrospective and concurrent record reviews to meet national quality measures and organizational goals, while supporting the Medical Peer Review process.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's degree and an active Maryland or Compact State License, requiring three to five years of experience in acute care nursing or performance improvement. Strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking, excellent communication, and proficiency with computer software like Microsoft Office are essential.
Pay is based on experience, skills and education. If position is part-time, salary will be pro-rated based on scheduled hours. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on specialty if applicable. Non-Exempt positions may have shift differential and/or Overtime paid, if applicable.

Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm; some evenings or early meetings required.
