The social worker will provide individual, family, and group clinical interventions to clients aged 9-90 in the Outpatient and PROS programs, while also conducting intake interviews and managing client crises. Responsibilities include participating in mandatory staff meetings, adhering to documentation guidelines in Electronic Health Records, and providing case management as needed.
Candidates must possess an LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC license and have a minimum of two years of clinical experience working with individuals and families. Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish or English/Chinese is preferred, alongside computer proficiency and excellent communication skills.

The Health and Wellness Cluster is a $10M division which provides a wide array of personalized behavioral health services to individuals coping with the challenges brought on by emotional problems and mental illness. As a New York State certified Article 31 mental health facility, the clinic in this division delivers outpatient mental health services, crisis services, HIV family mental health services, vocational rehabilitation, parent education, and case management. Services are provided by culturally competent staff who can communicate in Chinese and Spanish as well as English. These programs are designed to help individuals attain their full potential in an environment that values respect, dignity, caring and integrity.
As a Fee-for-Service social worker you will provide Individual, Family and Group clinical interventions to clients in our Outpatient and PROS program. Most of our clients reside in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, range in ages from 9- 90years old and come from diverse economic and ethnic backgrounds. You will also conduct Intake interviews, manage crisis experienced by your clients and participate in In-service training, supervision and Compliance activities. This clinic is licensed by the Office of Mental Health, and you will have to follow documentation guidelines in our Electronic Health Records.
