The physician will be responsible for the clinical management of hormonal disorders, including diagnosing, developing long-term treatment plans, and educating patients on disease management. Duties also involve performing specialized diagnostic tests, maintaining detailed medical records, and ensuring compliance with ethical standards.
Candidates must complete a Bachelor's degree, Medical School (MD), a 3-year Internal Medicine Residency, and a 2-3 year Fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism. Required certifications include passing USMLE, obtaining a state medical license, and Board Certification in Internal Medicine and the subspecialty.
