The Phlebotomist will ensure accurate and professional specimen collection, including blood and urine, while meticulously completing all required patient paperwork. This role involves serving as a liaison between patients, clients, and laboratory staff while strictly adhering to compliance and confidentiality standards.
Candidates must possess a Phlebotomy Certification and experience in specimen collection, preferably including blood and urine, alongside strong organizational and communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and proficiency with record-keeping technologies and prior customer service experience are beneficial.
