Caregivers will assist residents with essential daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, while also encouraging participation in community activities to foster social connections. Additional duties include supporting meal preparation, light housekeeping, and providing medication reminders as required.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, a friendly and patient demeanor, and a commitment to providing compassionate care, with previous caregiving experience, especially with dementia patients, being beneficial. Willingness to undergo on-the-job training is required, and no prior experience is necessary for entry.
