The primary duties involve administering and managing medication accurately while monitoring resident health through recording and reporting vital signs. Additionally, the role requires assisting residents with daily activities like bathing and grooming, and fostering a supportive social environment.
Candidates must possess a valid state Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP) certification and demonstrate the ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude toward working with the elderly and sufficient physical endurance for standing are also mandatory requirements.
