Provide clinically focused, evidence-based interventions to adults with severe mental illness in residential or community settings. Assist with symptom assessment, goal development, and daily living support including transportation.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Candidates must have experience working with adults with mental illness and possess a valid Massachusetts driver's license.

Eliot is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Specialist I to join one of our dynamic Adult Community Clinical Service (ACCS) teams. Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings. In this role, you will provide support and guidance to adults facing severe and persistent mental health challenges.
Schedule: Saturday/Sunday 8am-4pm, Monday 11am-7pm, Friday 7a-3p (32 hrs)
Sunday 1pm-9pm, Monday-Thursday, 7am-3pm
Thursday-Saturday, 11pm-9am
$20.50—$20.50 USD
