• Our residential programs offer a person-centered continuum of services that provides innovative and high quality programming to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• The program offers support and opportunities for individuals to enrich their lives, develop social and daily living skills, and build social and community connections.
• As a Residential Counselor, you will assist with the day to day operations of a group home for individuals with developmental and/or intellectual The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients with brain injuries and/or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

Support daily operations of a group home serving individuals with developmental disabilities and brain injuries. Promote community integration by supporting access to resources, fostering relationships, and reducing stigma. Ensure a safe, supportive environment and implement crisis interventions when needed. Assist in the implementation of Individual Support Plans and maintain accurate, timely documentation.

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma Experience working with intellectually disabled or brain injured adults.
