Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care under the supervision of nursing staff.
• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Ensure the comfort and safety of residents at all times.
• Participate in training and successfully complete the Arizona Bridge Program within 30 days of hire.
• Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and team members.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to health regulations.

Requirements

• Current CNA certification recognized in Arizona.
• Commitment to complete the Certified Caregiver Bridge Program within 30 days of employment.
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help improve the lives of elderly residents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
