The nurse provides nursing care under physician supervision, requiring the application of biological, physical, and social sciences, and conducts patient assessments to plan and evaluate quality care considering emotional, social, and physical needs. Responsibilities include providing direct skilled nursing care, administering ordered medications safely, responding professionally to emergencies, and maintaining clinical competency through continuing education.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited School of Nursing program and maintain current licensure in the State of Ohio, functioning within the registered nurse scope of practice and holding BCLS certification. Required abilities include performing various clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKG, vital signs, and medication administration via multiple routes, alongside proficiency with office machinery and computer systems like EMR and Meditech.

Under the supervision of a Physician, provides to individuals and groups nursing care requiring the application of basic knowledge of the biological, physical, behavioral, social and nursing sciences. Job requires knowledge; skill and ability to provide care for neo-natal, pediatric, adolescent, adult or geriatric patient population.
