The Technician provides critical data to the doctor by performing administrative and clinical functions, including obtaining patient histories, conducting preliminary testing, and managing patient flow. They are also responsible for preparing the exam room and ensuring the practice meets quality standards for patient care and communication.
Candidates must be capable of performing various clinical tasks like preliminary and ancillary testing, assisting medical staff, and managing patient scheduling and flow. Physical requirements include standing for sustained periods, light lifting (up to 15 lbs regularly), and possessing the necessary visual acuity for accurate work.
