The therapist will provide intensive individual, group, and family therapy to children with diverse mental health diagnoses in a residential setting, focusing on developing therapeutic relationships and addressing social-emotional goals using a trauma-informed lens. Essential functions also include maintaining consistent communication with external providers, completing required documentation, and collaborating with clinical and educational teams to support resident needs.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in social work or related field with an Ohio LSW or LPC license, with LISW or LPCC preferred, along with at least three years of relevant experience, including clinical work with SED children. Applicants must also be able to pass physical exams, drug screenings, and background checks, and possess a valid Ohio Driver’s License.
