The therapist provides diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and counseling for a diverse caseload of adults, adolescents, and families. Responsibilities include managing mental health emergencies and coordinating community resources to support client recovery.
Candidates must hold a valid LSW, LPC, MFT, or LCDC II license and a bachelor's degree, though a master's degree is preferred. A valid Ohio driver's license and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen are required.

The Therapist works under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor and is responsible for providing diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy, counseling, and support services for a diverse caseload including adults, adolescents, and families. Services may be provided via telehealth, outpatient offices, and/or community-based settings.
