The therapist will conduct MST assessments, engage key participants in change-oriented solutions, and provide family therapy services addressing severe behavioral issues for referred youth aged 12-17.5 in their natural environments.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a relevant field or a Bachelor's degree with substantial social service experience working with families and youth. A car is mandatory for travel to various meeting locations, and the role requires maintaining a caseload of five families while being available 24/7.
Required Skills 1. Efficiency with technology, including Microsoft and case management software. 2. Proficient in written and verbal clinical skills. 3. Public speaking/presentation experience. 4. A valid driver's license
