The Residential Counselor will assist adults living with mental illness in developing independent living skills within a community-based mental health program. The role focuses on promoting a sense of belonging for mental health consumers through structured care.
A High School Diploma is required for this position, while an Associate's Degree and experience in a similar environment are preferred but not mandatory. Certifications such as CRMA, MHRT1, CNA, and PSS are considered a plus.

Scheduled shifts are Sunday through Wednesday 12p-10p
