The Physician Assistant will oversee and provide direct patient primary care, facilitate care coordination, and ensure quality care and risk mitigation, all under the supervision of a physician. Responsibilities focus on delivering patient-centered care in collaboration with clinical staff to diverse populations.
Candidates must be a Physician Assistant licensed in NYS prior to the start date, with preference given to those with 3 or more years of experience. Essential requirements include outstanding clinical capabilities, excellent bedside manners, strong teamwork, and a commitment to fairness and advocacy for patients.

$110,000 - $115,000 annual salary (based on a full-time, 40 hour work week)
Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other position related components.
Our FQHC status provides a unique opportunity for tuition reimbursement for Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners, up to $50,000 for a full time commitment and up to $25,000 for a part time commitment. A two year commitment to serve at a FQHC is required. This tuition reimbursement program requires application and is not guaranteed.
