The provider will offer services to individuals with mental illness as defined by the treatment plan, including behavioral assistance, child and youth support, crisis stabilization, and life skills development. This role requires functioning as part of a multidisciplinary team, communicating client progress, and providing timely, quality documentation of clinical services.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position, though a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred. Essential attributes include attention to detail, effective communication skills, the ability to multitask, and capacity to work collaboratively within a treatment team.
Arisa Health is currently seeking a Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP) in Siloam Springs. Requires a high school diploma, recent college graduates or current students in the field of psychology, social work, or a related Human Service field are encouraged to apply.

This position is classified as full- time, non-exempt (hourly) and reports to the Program Manager.
This position is projected to start in July 2026.
