The Staff Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to residents according to established care plans, which includes monitoring health status, administering prescribed medications and treatments, and maintaining a safe environment. This role requires collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and accurate documentation of all care provided.
Candidates must possess a current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the State of Texas, along with CPR or BLS certification. Applicants must also be able to pass a background check and drug screening and be authorized to work in the United States.
