Key responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living according to individualized care plans and promptly observing and reporting any changes in their physical or behavioral condition to the Charge Nurse. The role also requires accurate documentation of all care provided and active participation in required training sessions.
Candidates must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state and possess strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills. The position requires the ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced care environment, and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
