Mental Health Professional

• Ohel Children's Home and Family Services is seeking a dedicated and responsible Mental Health Professional to support individuals who have developmental and/or intellectual disabilities who are living in supportive and loving residential settings in Teaneck, New Jersey.
• Candidate will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide clinical guidance and assist in the implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Responsibilities include meeting with individuals and families, developing behavioral strategies and reinforcement systems, training staff, participating in team meetings and committees and adjusting environmental supports to promote resident success.
• Candidates must possess strong written and verbal communication skills have formal training in behavior management, and experience with developmentally disabled population.
• PhD, PsyD, School Psychologist, LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, MA in Psychology with NJ License required.
• This part time position is 5-8 hours per week with the potential for some evening hours.
