The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide essential personal care, including assistance with grooming, bathing, and dressing, while ensuring the resident environment is maintained and supplies are stocked. This role also involves safely transferring residents, recording vital information accurately, and encouraging engagement through exercises and orientation.
Candidates must possess a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas and demonstrate the ability to accurately record information and perform necessary technical procedures. A strong sense of care for the elderly and disabled, coupled with excellent communication and patience, is required to uphold patient rights and safety policies.
