The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing patients, developing personalized rehabilitation programs, and administering treatments to restore function. They must collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Candidates must hold an active and valid Texas license in Physical Therapy and be in good standing with regulatory boards. Experience in skilled nursing facilities or long-term care is preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply.
