Administer prescribed physical therapy treatments to improve resident mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. Implement and modify care plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist while maintaining thorough clinical documentation.
Requires an active and valid Texas Physical Therapy Assistant license and good standing with regulatory boards. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities and familiarity with Net Health documentation are preferred.
