Salary
$35 - $38 / HOUR
The Sonographer will perform and process ultrasounds, digitally sending them to radiologists for interpretation, while transporting and setting up portable ultrasound equipment at various facilities to conduct physician-ordered exams. Responsibilities also include obtaining technically competent images, scanning exam paperwork, and ensuring daily billing compliance.
Candidates must complete a Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program and hold required ARDMS, CCI, or ARRT certification, specifically holding both General and Vascular registries. A valid driver's license in good standing and compliance with annual health requirements like TB screens, physicals, and vaccinations are mandatory.
