The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for providing direct care to residents according to individual care plans, monitoring changes in their condition, and assisting with mobility using various methods. They must ensure residents are cared for with dignity while responding promptly to requests and maintaining a positive attitude toward all stakeholders.
Candidates must successfully complete a State-approved Nurse Assistant Training Act program and hold current certification through the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry. A minimum of one year of previous experience as a nursing assistant is required, with prior palliative care experience being preferred.

$20.77 - $28.19/hour depending on experience.
