The Assistant in Nursing/Midwifery will work closely with Registered and Enrolled Nurses, providing vital support by assisting with personal care duties and supporting nursing procedures. Key tasks include managing stock levels, ensuring cleanliness, and alerting registered nurses to patient or visitor concerns.
Applicants must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate nursing or midwifery program (2nd/3rd year) or hold relevant qualifications like Certificate III or IV in related health care fields. Strong communication skills and experience in nursing care within a healthcare setting are also required.
