Field Nurses are responsible for completing all assigned patient care duties according to the established plan of care, which includes reevaluation as necessary. They must also complete clinical nurse notes in their entirety and perform skilled care services when applicable.
Candidates must hold a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse from the Virginia Board of Nursing and possess experience working within a home care agency setting. Versatility and dependability are essential qualities for this role.
